Finite Control with Pixel Movement - aquadragon97 - 02-22-2017 So, my biggest thing with pixel movement, is the combination of it, and lag. If you're trying to re-position, and your computer is terrible like mine and seizes for a half-second, you go zipping off instead. We have something for turning in places (Shift and movement), so would a similar control scheme be able to be set up to allow finite control of the movement within a 'tile'? IE as long as you hold whatever button, you only adjust inside the tile you're on, to minimize risk of lag sending you off to nowhere. |
