Fast what? [Fast Offense bug] - Snake - 01-25-2017 Fast Offense doesn't seem to be working at all. Not with Bonded Youkai, not without. On the first use, you get the buff. If you could try using it 'now' with un-bonded Youkai or whatsoever, you'll see this: Re: Fast what?
