For some reason, I think it may be only me, but everything that has to do with click and drag isn't working for me. This includes stuff like banking, equiping skills, and items. Halppp please. I literally can't play the game if I can't do this.

After the initial click-and-drag you may have to wait a game tick or two before being able to continue this (it's especially noticeable with banking, or at least with me it is). Also make sure you're dragging them -into- the other box (if you fail to hit the right space the transfer won't register).
