I'll only pick three as well. My three most-played over the past month. I'll include a small little blurb about why I picked the typings/abilities/stats I did, for completion's Sake. That way everything makes sense and it doesn't just look like I'm just pulling powerful stuff out to be cool.


Tara Weiss-Etrama, the Oracle Noblewoman

Hailing from a long family known for blending monastic and mystic styles, Tara was trained from a young age by her ailing mother, knowing she wouldn't have long to prepare her daughter for the world that awaited her. As a bright yet still cowardly child, Tara quickly took to the skills of the Verglas, as ice points allowed her to create a wall between her and her opponent. She was also a dabbling summoner and mage. Possessing bad eyesight, even before she awakened to her farsight, she has learned to rely far more heavily on her other senses.

Type: Ice/Psychic

Ability: Keen Eye (Opponent cannot lower this Pokémon’s accuracy. The Pokémon ignores evasion boosts of the opponent. If the Pokémon is in the lead spot, chance of encountering a low level wild Pokémon decreases by 50%. This applies to Pokémon five levels lower than or below the level of the lead Pokémon.)

Hidden Ability: Contrary (Moves used on the Pokémon that raise stats lower the stats, while the moves that lower the stats raise the stat.)

Alanna Whisperwind, the Wary Illusionist

A doriad who quickly had a very negative experience with humans after emerging from her tree, she hides behind a veil of illusions as she interacts with the world through her magic. She very rarely makes her true location known, but also makes no effort to hide the fact that her illusion is in fact an illusion. She loves bright sunny days and butterflies above all else. But beyond this, she's actually kind of a loner.

Type: Fairy/Dark

Ability 1: Chlorophyll (When sunny, the Pokémon’s Speed doubles. However, Speed will not double on the turn weather becomes Strong Sunlight.)

Ability 2: Clear Body (Opponents’ moves which lower this Pokémon’s stats have no effect. However this Pokémon may lower its own stats with its own moves.)

Hidden Ability: Magic Guard (Prevents all damage except from direct-attack moves.)

Sierra and her Youkai, Pandora.

Shown to be magically sensitive at a young age, her mother freaked out due to a personal phobia involving magic. This phobia was due to insanity from the Mechana forest, but... details! Anyways, in an act of defiance, Sierra contracted a Lilu, and the two have been inseperable ever since. The way Sierra snaps at Pandora, and Pandora teases her, one might assume they're sisters, if not for the size difference. In reality, however, Pandora is almost more like a child than a sister.

Type: Dark/Ghost or Fairy/Ghost

Ability: Parental Bond (Every move used by the Pokémon will hit twice. The damage inflicted by the second hit is reduced by 50%. If the move used is a damaging move, each hit is capable of afflicting Secondary Effects and Critical Hits)

Xander Xiangmu (Violet winged man)
Flying/Physic
Ability 1: Insane Illusionist - Every Physic type attack has a percentage of 10% of having it boosted by the level of Xander+(PP of ability remaining)/4
Ability 2: Physic Mirage - When below 25% health, evasiveness and speed gets a 25% boost, (Evasiveness is permanent, speed is for two turns).
Hidden Ability: Mimic - Mimic's the other opponents Hidden Ability, does not work if the ability is the same. (Ralts/Kira Anyone?)

This Pokemon hides in the warmer regions, it tends to appear only when grave misfortunes are about befall someone. It then offers a gruesome choice, a game of Russian Roulette and a possible chance of winning, or absolute death.
