I'm also going to agree with Trex on this. Tank builds already using a shield can be formidable as is. A 24% chance is still a really big concern, especially if it could proc on anything.

Fair. Could also not be the damage taken, but a flat 15-20 damage at max level or something, like Evasive Strike.

Not overly tide changing. I'd be fine with that, but you never know how that would turn out without practicality, heh. Maybe have it just be magic, cause reflecting melee is like
