Raising ranks in the skill is good. Nerfing it, at it's apex, for no reason is just shitty.
considering it reduces incoming damage of the attack by 50%. Don't do that.

It already gets enough merits for ranking it up, I'd rather just not touch it, apparently breaking invocations in an alternative way is just too OP so let's just leave it.
