Cruel Enchant could work in a way that it refunds momentum per ally you deal kickback damage to with it, for a maximum of 4M. (So it refunds 1M, and lets you cast 1 more enchant.)
The rest is just a big whatever. Petrified could be a good status effect to implement for Shell.
